I'm Sagar (sɑɡɐɾ). I'm a second-generation Indian-American born and raised in Albany, NY. I've since lived in Manhattan while working as a catastrophe modeler, in Ann Arbor while working as a researcher at the University of Michigan (Go Blue), and in Boston where I currently reside as a PhD Student at the Network Science Institute. I obtained a combined Bachelor's degree in Physics and Philosophy from Northeastern University and have since been committed to developing novel methods to experimentally measure, model, and test theories that tell us about the role played by language and communication in shaping knowledge, culture, and Self. 

I am also a freelance consultant in Social Network Analysis and Natural Language Processing, currently doing work in the development sector.
